The BME688 is a highly advanced digital environmental sensor that combines gas, pressure, temperature, and humidity sensing in a single compact package. It is the first gas sensor with integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI), capable of detecting Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Volatile Sulfur Compounds (VSCs), and other gases like carbon monoxide and hydrogen in the part per billion (ppb) range. The module operates on both 3.3V and 5V power, making it compatible with a wide range of microcontrollers .
