🔧 Wiring & Usage Guide:

1. Insert Batteries: Insert two identical 18650 cells with matching charge levels. Always use cells of the same brand, model, age, and charge state. The flat top (negative) goes against the spring.

2. Connect Wires: Connect the Red output wire to your circuit’s VIN and the Black wire to GND.

3. Add Protection (CRITICAL): You MUST add an external 2S Lithium Battery Protection Module (configured for parallel use—look for a “1S” or single-cell protection module, as voltage is still 3.7V) to prevent over-discharge, over-charge, and short circuits.

4. Charging: Use a dedicated 18650 charger that can charge cells in parallel, or use a TP4056 module for each cell independently before inserting into the holder. For safest charging, charge cells separately outside the holder.

⚠️ Critical Safety & Usage Warnings:

• NO PROTECTION CIRCUITRY: This holder provides only parallel connections. Using unprotected cells directly is dangerous. Always install a protection circuit board (PCB).

• Use Matched Cells: Never mix different batteries (brand, capacity, age, or charge level) in parallel. Mismatched cells can cause dangerous cross-current flows, leading to overheating or fire.

• Current Limit: The springs and thin wires are not for high-drain applications (>5A). For high power, use a holder with nickel strips or solder tabs.
