Powermav Electronics Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Powermav Electronics Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to adhere to and be bound by the following terms:

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for our affiliate program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old;
Have an active email address and valid GCash account;
Own a blog, website, or social media account relevant to electronics, DIY, or tech;
Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

Promote Powermav Electronics products honestly and professionally;
Avoid false or misleading statements about our products;
Use your affiliate link responsibly without spamming;
Not engage in click fraud, fake traffic, or cookie stuffing.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

You will get a unique affiliate referral link.
Referrals are tracked using cookies valid for 30 days after the user’s first click.
Only completed purchases made through your unique link will count toward commissions.

4. Commission and Payments

Commission Rate: 5% of the product’s sale value (excluding shipping and taxes).
Payout Method: GCash only.
Payout Schedule: Payments are made monthly once your commission reaches ₱500 lowest threshold.
Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commissions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use your own affiliate link to make purchases (self-referrals);
Promote our products on websites with illegal, hateful, or adult content;
Bid on our brand name “Powermav Electronics” in paid advertising;
Copy or change any part of our website or branding without permission.

6. Account Termination

Your affiliate account is suspended or terminated without notice if:

You breach any part of these terms;
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
Your account remains inactive for 3 consecutive months.

Unpaid commissions be forfeited upon termination due to violations.

7. Changes to the Terms

Powermav Electronics reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes means you accept the revised terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Loss of commissions due to tracking issues or downtime;
Indirect or incidental damages from your participation in the program.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
